Julian graduated from Florida International University with a B.S. in Environmental Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems. After working for a mix of print and web design companies in Oregon, he returned to FIU in 2008 and became the GIS Center\u0393\u00c7\u00d6s Frontend Developer.
